OUR MISSION

The life story of Thomas (T.J.) Ware, was written in the NY Times best seller, (Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul - Broken Wing), for his life changing accomplishments and contributions to the community. The Criminal Justice Major, Author of several self help books, and Public Speaker; along with his wife Tiffany Ware, who is also a public speaker with a BA in Psychology and an ex-social worker for the State of Florida, started the non-profit group, Ripple Effect. The company is known for its creation of the “I Can Reinvent Movement”. The company targets the youth with its strong, yet positive message of reinvention. The primary mission is to serve the community by educating, enhancing, and encouraging men and women of all ages to better themselves in all aspects of their lives. Ripple Effect is dedicated in assisting the youth of today fight against negative media, by helping them to filter the adverse influences that they come into contact with. We have endeavored to address young America’s issues head on by taking a look at reality as individuals and as a whole, which will challenge us to do better. That being said, we have one goal in mind; we must adamantly reach our youth with a positive message before they become tainted with the thought that they can never achieve or be successful in life’s journey. Reaching our kids at a young age, needless to say; is very detrimental to the perseverance of young lives and their futures.
